Tee Foundation Assistance Network, Inc. (T-FAN) is a 501(c)3 public charity operating as a Community Development Corporation, that exists to offer programs in entrepreneurship (small business training, coaching, and leasing operating space), financial education, arts and culture, skills-based education, community development, workforce housing, and more. Thus, our primary activities include employing multi-faceted community and economic development strategies to bolster economic parity and improve the quality of life for very low to moderate income families in targeted areas.

Our primary goal is for T-FAN to play a key role in building a quality attractive facility/campus named the Center for Commerce, Education, and Culture (C-CEC) to give people an exciting reason to come to East Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida. The facility will create and attract businesses that bring jobs, goods, services, retail, educational, cultural, and social opportunities that currently do not exist in this target area.
Our focus is to raise money for operations and to buy land to build facilities to house our multi-faceted service delivery options because appropriate structures do not currently exist. Through C-CEC, T-FAN will be engaged in four primary market segments.
